Was ist LogicMonitor?
LogicMonitor ist eine SaaS-basierte Observability-Plattform aus den USA, die Infrastruktur-Monitoring, Log Intelligence, APM und Cloud-Observability in einem Tool bündelt. Die Plattform kommt vor allem im Mittelstand und in MSP-Umgebungen zum Einsatz und ist bekannt für ihre extrem große Bibliothek an vorgefertigten Modulen, die als LogicModules bezeichnet werden. Die Log-Intelligence-Komponente sammelt Logs aus den überwachten Systemen, korreliert sie mit Metriken und nutzt KI-Modelle, um Anomalien automatisch zu erkennen. LogicMonitor stellt EU-Rechenzentren bereit und unterstützt SOC-2-, ISO-27001- und DSGVO-konforme Setups. Lizenzkosten werden auf Basis von Devices und zusaetzlichen Modulen wie Log Intelligence, Cloud, Topology und APM kalkuliert und sind in der Regel Custom-Quotes. Typische Kunden sind Managed Service Provider, IT-Operations-Teams in größeren Mittelstaendlern sowie Unternehmen mit hybriden Umgebungen aus eigenem Rechenzentrum, Colocation und Public Cloud.
